I do the same program as you except I do dips after the deadlift and chins after the power clean.
The dead is tough on the biceps, and everything else, making chins very difficult. The press and dips overlap quite a bit, meaning I would not be fully recovered for dips even after the cleans.
I think my way has some sense to it, though I may be incorrect.
