Starting strength App
I recently purchased the starting strength app and got to say I love it. I have never been one of those guys that could consistently remember to take a log and pen and pull it out. But I always have my phone with me.
This thing keeps track of your workouts. Figures up all of your warm up loads and keeps you honest. Auto timer that you can set depending on your rest time needs. Keeps a history and lets you see different graphs of your progression. For a novice such as myself I would recommend spending the 8 bucks to get this gem. It tracks your squat, bench, press, pwr clean, and chins.
The only thing I would change would maybe have something to track dips , and bent over rows for when people progress to those . I would give it a 4.5 out of faaaahve!
