    They look like high bar here to me. Also you're looking straight ahead, toes basically forward not out, and they don't look very deep. Have you read the book?

    Casey,

    I'd drop a bit of the weight and focus on getting the form described in the book. The hand placement, the head placement, the hip drive and probably the bar path (can't see from this angle, but my gut tells me) all need some work.

    Zack (and Casey), I think his wrist position is actually pushing the bar into more of a high position. On rep 1, it doesn't look terrible, but it seems to creep up, probably from the way his wrists are both applying forward (upward?) force and not locking the bar in place.
