Rest Week For Wichita Falls Novice Program
Started the WFNP program about 4 weeks ago and wanted to know when to build in a rest week. During the rest week what percentage of my max should I cut back to?

You don't build in a rest week. You go until the works get gummed up (ie you fail to make your planned weight 3 times). Then you back up 10% (well, what exactly you do depends on how you failed) and go at it again. After the second time you've stalled, you should switch to a different program. HTH. HAND.
