Something I've been thinking about lately when it comes to squat and deadlift errors. A lot of uncoached lifters will try to initiate the concentric phase of the squat with knee extension instead of hip drive, and they'll try to initiate the deadlift with hip extension instead of knee extension first. I know I did at first. When I started self-cuing knee extension at the start of the pull, my deadlifts got a lot more consistent.
