From 3x3 to HLM
Hi Andy. I would like your advice regarding the squat. I am currently doing linear progression with 3x3, with a light day on Wednesday. It is getting really difficult to complete each session and I'm thinking about moving to HLM because I already did a reset on linear progression.
Since I'm doing 3x3, roughly what starting weights would you recommend me?
Squat: 295 lbs (3x3)
Bodyweight: 173 lbs
Age: 23

Depends on what rep range you want to operate with. For a single set of 5, I'd say probably 285.
Also, you really should be heavier after a thorough LP. Even if you are short
