Bench pressing
Hi,
I consider myself an advanced Novice according to PPST3, e.g. I squat heavy every other time with one 5RM set (340 pounds last time) and two back off sets (5% deload).
A local powerlifting club have arranged group bench press training where they bench press and do assistance exercises once a week. One guy there benches 440 pounds raw so they must know something.
I know how this sounds, but any recommendations on how to fit a "bench press day" into the SS LP/TM program without completely mess up the program?

Squat on Mon/Wed/Fri. Deadlift on Mon/Fri. Press Weds and Do your Bench day on Sunday. Rearrange the days of the week if need be but keep that schedule
