I heard Andys recording about mistakes we make. I like the idea of starting with 8's and working my way down. My question is as a 65 yo, would it make sense to WO with 3 days off between WO's. I have been using an A B schedule with fair results, but at times do to other physical work don't feel recovered. I want to try sqt,BP and pulldowns day one, then DL, press and rows day two. If I feel ambitious I would do some accessory work, like BB curls, lying tricep extensions.how does this sound.

Basic plan seems reasonable. 2 full body workouts is ideal at 65. Like you said, keep accessory work moderate in volume and focus attetion on the big 4. Get the new book when it comes out. Will help a lot
