Sorry I missed this. Will just have to go light and by feel. Sometimes the antibiotics fuck you up more than the illness does. Even if you are feeling well, you might still crash in the gym. Just be patient and let everything run its course
Hi, ive coming back from sickness, and i got idea how to do it, any more suggestions ? I thought about doing it like this :
Monday - last portion of medicine (antibiotics)
T- warm up ,
squats 1 x 5 at 70% of RM
bench 1 x 5 at 70% of RM
deadlift 1x5 at 70%
3 sets of 7 pullups (Easy)
Wensday - everything beside deadlift 2 x 5 at 70% , 3x3 on power cleans
friday - 3x5 at 70% and 1x5 of deadlifts at 75%
And from another week normal texas method split ..

yep one set of 5 at 70% was good, but today i did like 2 more and i was gasping for air rest of the workout, couldnt do deadlifts properly.. well need to wait a bit more for normal volume/intensity split to come back..
