You are starting with the bar well in front of the middle of the foot on your pulls. Every one of your snatches are either missed out front, or you have to try and move forward to recover your balance on the ascent. Try pulling the bar in a straight line. The recipe for that is in the sticky. You are kind of slow through the jump. That can be difficult to improve, but do your best to move as fast as possible as the bar hits your hip. Shrug up hard when you receive the bar overhead. Three cues is probably more than enough to start with.
