Deloading to correct form - deload everything?
I've been leaning forward on my squats, so I plan to go back a few workouts and re-do my squats properly. But should I continue going up in weight on everything else? My squats are already my weakest area by far, I can nearly bench what I squat.

If you're deloading purely to fix a form error, there's no reason to deload things you're progressing just fine on. Keep adding weight to the lifts that you're doing well and correctly.
