    Any noteworthy observations about:

Your small, self-selected sample of Korean trainees?

Delivering a seminar to group of non-native English speakers?

    Training with jet lag?

    Beef, garlic and booze?

Would you do it again, there or elsewhere?

Korea was wonderful. Te people were extremely coachable, the food was excellent, and our hosts were extremely hospitable. The only thing that would keep me from going back is the length of the trip. 14 hours is hard on an old guy that doesn't sleep well anyway.

Rip, a big thanks for doing the long haul and losing some sleep in transit, the course and coaching was great. Made a real difference to my training. Do I hope you and the boys can make it back out Asia way but if not then I guess it'll be my turn to lose some sleep on the trip from Beijing to Texas for the next course.

This just means you need to stop on the rock (Hawaii) a few days in both directions to make the step change a little more tolerable. A little pig, maybe a seminar, a mai tai if that seems appropriate (or not) and a happier trip.

Ha, yeah, 14 hours in a plane is hard period. One of the secret joys of travel to South America is little or no jet lag.

I bet Carlos would be a gracious host for SS Brazil....

Stop by Fort Lee, NJ when you're in Brooklyn next fall if you're nostalgic for Korea.
