    Nice job. A bit too deep, cut them off a little bit. No need to bounce your hamstrings of your calves.

    Nothing to add technique wise. However, that is an interesting squat rack you built.

    Interesting, yes. Inexpensive and effective, also yes. For $200, all materials from Home Depot. Very pleased with it. Got the plans from http://www.home-gym-bodybuilding.com...ower-rack.html
