I've heard good things about Rogue's benches.

Sadly much more expensive in Europe than the US.
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.
I've been searching for ages for a good but affordable flat weight bench to go inside my power rack. I currently have an adjustable York bench which is fine for now but only rated to 200KG total weight limit, so I will need a new one soon. I'm not looking for anything special just something that will do the job.
Some things I'd like it to have:
- at least a 300KG total weight limit.
- around an 11" pad width (10" minimum).
- standard height and length.
- ideally non-adjustable, so it doesn't have that non-padded hinge area, but this isn't a major concern.
I don't want to spend more than around £200 ($300), but can go over a bit if needed. I also don't mind ordering from the US as long as there isn't very high shipping charges.
Thanks a lot!

I have two of the Rogue Flat Utility bench (US Link), but not the bolt-together version. One is the older 2X2 inch frame version, and one is the newer 2X3 construction. Both are rock solid. My only complaint is that I wish they had UHMW plastic feet or rubber foot pads like the Monster bench so they'd handle uneven surfaces better, but I suppose I could always do it myself if I wanted.

Thanks for all the replies
This bench looks awesome for £80, wish it was wider!
I might have a go at making my own pad and just attach that to it. Does anyone have any experience with this? I would be slightly worried about benching on something I have made myself but I would guess that the piece that has to be very strong is the frame and the pad isn't as important?
I made my own bench. 2" square tubing welded and a piece of angle iron as a brace from one leg to other. Reg bench size is 12"x48" and 17" tall. Use a 2x12" board four feet long for the pad and be sure to drill through it and frame so holes match then put your bolts through board and have that upholstered. Your frame design needs to take into account the thickness of the pad so you have an approx 17" total height. Bolt it together and you're done.
The EFP one is also sold by Strengthshop has all the specs on there website!
