Squat form check
G'day Rip,
Could you take a look at my squat form please? I've been really frustrated with my form for a long time and been working hard at it.
I've looked at a lot of the form checks in the sticky, but so many have been removed!
I'm working hard to shove my knees out and my back tight, but I'm still worried about the degree of butt-wink.
Just recently I've been trying to get my knees out early in the descent and leave them there til the end of the ascent, but I'm finding it hard to do that. Before this, my knees weren't going out too far, but they were staying back til late in the descent and coming back early in the ascent. It seems that I'm getting it in the descent, but not the ascent, and that seems to be linked to my moderate GMing when coming out of the hole...

It looks fine to me. I'd maybe have you in a slightly narrower stance with toes out a little more, I'd maybe yell at you to look down better, but hip drive and all angles look good.
