Andy a while back you said if I have a question about your Strength and mass after 40 program to hit you up on the forum, so here goes. I am into my third cycle and so far I really like it. When I am going for my light squats 3 X 8 with 2 min rest you said to focus on bar speed. With my current bar weight of 195 I can get through the sets but bar speed is not happening. Would your recommendation be to be drop the weight or add rest time or stay on the program?
    Thanks

I wouldn't drop the weight unless you aren't recovering. You might increase rest time a little bit though. Fast Bar speed is not 100% critical. Focus on drilling down your form on the light day.

3x8? I've been doing 5x3 for light sets. Did I misread something?

No you didn't. I missed that. Sorry. If you bought my Strength & Mass After 40 program the light day is indeed 5x3 (five triples) with short rest intervals.
