Power Clean Advice
i've been practicing my power clean for a while now. i feel like my arms are bending too early and i can't seem to stop them. my form has definitely improved over time, but i still try to pull with my arms too much. i've just been practicing for an hour and this is the best i could come up with. i do own starting strength and PP and have had a good read of both. here's my attempt at a 50kg power clean
