I've finally have my 315x5x5 squat. I did what Mr. Starr advised: was just to "lean" on the squats. And, I believe what you advised: to "ask" it to go up.
I'm ecstatic! I followed a basic variation of the pyramid program as in PP. I just did the 3x3's until I could do 5x3's, then 5x5's. W/ light 5x5's between the heavy days.
315# feels like 275# now, does that make any sense? Anything anecdotal?
Also, is 315x5x5 a kind of tacit minimum standard @ WFAC? If so, I'm happy to be at the entry level of what --hopfully -- is a productive career! Thanks!
