BCS Round 2
Howdy. After some circumstances of life caused a long layoff, I'm back to the grind stone. Pretty weak, but time and hard work cure that problem pretty well. I'm about 6'5 and 240 currently. Goal weight will probably be around 260 lean. I got up to 280 last time and couldn't eat to sustain any more growth. Anyhow here goes the program.
If you have questions or comments feel free to leave them here or via pm. When I'm well employed again, I intend to hit a SS seminar.
Goals: Squat 600, DL 625, Bench 405, Press 300, PC 315. I'll be doing continuous strength work until I hit those. I'm confident in the Squat, DL and PC being doable. Not as sure about the upper body lifts as I'm not quite so gifted there, but they seem like good goals.
Chins:
3x3
4x3
5x3
5x4
5x5 with the same weight then add, then repeat.
Row x 8
Clean x 8
Front squat x 8
Military press x 8
Back squat x 8
Good mornings x 8

As of today, I am also reinstating my goal of weighing 300 lbs. It's food time all the time now.
