    Hi guys. This is my first time posting a video(s). I’d like as much criticism as possible. Maybe my issues from my deadlift post will be apparent. Thanks

    Slow your descent down a little and smooth it out. As you fatigue, don't cut your depth off. Get deep. Narrow your stance and drive your knees out harder. Less wiggling. Less crashing into the bottom. More suffering.
