I drove down to Springfield from St. Peters, MO (St. Louis area) and trained with Matt today. It was worth every penny of the trip.

Matt effectively used my prior experience (mostly hardstyle kettlebell) to provide teaching cues and perspective which greatly speeded up my comprehension. It is obvious that Matt is not only an excellent athlete, but an even better teacher.

Great coach, great teacher. Simple, straight to the point style.
