Goal Press: 155 lbs. 3 x 5
Power Cleans: 135 lbs. 5 x 3
Goal Power Cleans: 185 lbs. 5 x 3
Deadlift: 200 lbs. 1 x 5
Goal Deadlift: 315 lbs. 1 x 5
