I started about 5 or 6 weeks ago. 5' 9" 155 lbs.

First you need to learn to stand all the way up with a bar on your back. This may require that your chest is up higher and your elbows not jacked quite so high. Un-rack the bar, take two steps back and stand there as straight as possible before you start the descent. Get your breath, get tight, then go.
Secondly, you're not getting deep enough. Shove your knees out and drop down deeper than you think you should go.
Start there. Repost and we'll fix the rest.
