You're going through the SS deadlift setup correctly until step 4, the "chest up," "wave of extension" part. It's gonna get ugly later on if you don't teach yourself how to get much, much tighter before you pull. It takes some practice; Rip calls it the "hard part" for a reason.

However, you managed the other things pretty well. You pull it all together by the time you stand all the way up, and you do a good job resetting between reps. So, fix that setup, and keep adding weight!

Also, what kind of shoes are you wearing?

Thanks for the input, appreciate it, I do believe these types of reviews are extremely helpful. I wear the Reebok Crossfit Lifter Plus 2.0, would u recommend something else? Thanks again.

These are pretty good. You low back looks straight, despite the upper back being a little round. I can't tell from here if that's because of your age (older guys tend to lose some flexibility and be a little kyphotic) or if you just need to get a little tighter, like McNulty said.

You show a bit of a soft lockout, too. Just a hair. Don't exaggerate the lean back at the top, just stand up straight with locked knees.
