I've been sidelined with a crippling illness this week and have been unable to workout. My tonsils are swollen the size of golf balls and I have a general malaise. If I keep feeling like I do today, I will have to miss Friday, making me miss this entire week. Anyone else get wildly depressed and feel like they are shrinking after only a few days of no workouts? Feels bad man. I just want to get back to where I was.
