    Male
    25
    6'
    225 with 20% bodyfat

    Monday:
    Squat 5x5x300
    Deadlift single 355
Deadlift back off set of 5 with 80%
Chins singles adding a single each week

    Friday:
    Squat cycling 5, 3s, 2s, 1s. This week 2x2x340
    Shrugs 1x5
    Chins 2,2,1

Feeling a little beat up, is my squat volume too high?

No. Your bodyweight is too low. If you weigh 225, you need to be there at a little lower BF%

No, I'm fine with your programming. You just need to fix your diet. Try and get yourself a little heavier without putting on any more body fat.

Andy I'm curious, what weight would you like a 5'6 male to be? Assuming a relatively lean body fat range (10-15%).

195-200 and you can be thick and lean at that height. That'd be the minimum I'd shoot for
