Novice female schedule question

Awesome job on PPST3, it's a fantastic resource, but I have a question it does not address. My wife is almost cleared for exercise after having our first child in January. She wants to train the SS model, but her days available to train are Sunday, Monday, Thursday. She is a rank novice. Would it be better to program S-medium, M-light, T-heavy, or do S-upper, M-lower, T-full body. Or, do you have a better suggestion (I mean, you're the pro and all)?

Have her squat/dead twice per week and bench/press 1x/week. She probably cares more about lower body anyways.
(Little secret: let her do tricep ext after bench/press and abs after squat/dead. She'll be hooked!)
