I searched for previous threads and the majority of people who were asking about Microloading were already farther along in their lifts than I am. The only other thread where a lifter had my exact same press and bench numbers turned pretty ugly quickly lol.

I'm a 5'11 male weighing in at 190lbs. I'm at about 18% body fat. I eat 2800-3200kclas a day of nutritious, whole foods. I eat 1lb of protein per pound of body weight, 25% fats and about 50% carbs. I get 8-10 hours of sleep per night. I have been gaining 2-3lbs a month and DO NOT wish to gain weight any quicker as I know any faster weight gain would be all fat (previous experience).

My squat is at 180lbs(115lb start) deadlift at 235lbs (135lb start), bench at 145 (95lb start) and OHP at 100 (50lb start). I've always been EXTREMELY WEAK and I've made pretty good progress from where I started. However after missing 3 workouts on bench and OHP, deloading, and missing again, I'm thinking about Microloading.

Is it ok to Microload so quickly or did something go terribly wrong here?
