    It looks like you're using a high bar position. Any reason for that? Your knees look like they're drifting in on the ascent, keep them pushing out. You might need to go a bit deeper, tough to tell on the angle.

    The high bar feels better. I have a hip joint problem so cannot aim for really heavy anyway, just for good form. Think the depth is good enough, it brakes parallell. But I'll try and remember keeping the knees out. Cheers.

    You are definitely deep enough. Knees out is a universal cue for any squat. Just remember you are doing high bar so a lot of the cues here for the low bar will not apply. It is going to look more like a front squat.

    If you're going to squat this way no matter what, I'd recommend opening your hips a little more so your knees don't go so far forward.
