High bar back squat and deadlift form check
Would appreciate some comments on my gf's form for high bar back squats and deadlifts. I think the bar comes too far forward in her squat but I don't really know what else I'm looking for.

I won't comment on the high bar (except, has she tried low bar?), since it is outside my area of training, but I did take a look at the deadlift. It was pretty good. Her back is fairly flat, I would recommend she thinks about lifting her chest between every rep (resets the back, basically, between reps), because as the weight gets heavier, she'll want to keep that strict form. Also, for patella happiness, on the way down, close the hip angle faster than the knee angle until the bar goes past the knees (so the bar doesn't bang into the top of the knee cap).
She looks like she is ready for more kilos.

Great, thanks for the feedback - I'll pass that on. I think the concept of moving up weight will be received less warmly than the rest of the stuff somehow... (she was like " but it was so heavy today!")
