Can they be used for 2-3 meals in a row between meals that contain whole protein (chicken/whey for breakfast/dinner)
Or they only effective with amino acids circulating from a previous meal?
I can't currently cart milk/whey at work as the heat kills the shaker cup before I can get it clean.
The BCAA's rinse right out, ditto the waxy maize.

What dosage/ratio of eaa's to BCAA's?
It's hot as hell here (40c) with no room for fridge or esky during the day.
5g of each should do the trick.
