    Hello,

    For the purpose of sprinting capability, is just the clean enough to maintain a sufficient relationship between strength (from basic power lifts) and power? Or would the jerk, or even clean and jerk, be of additional use for keeping the neuromuscular system on pace with the body's ability for force production when sprinting?

    And a side question...
    On the same topic: Would it make any sense that simply sprinting along with basic power lifts would be enough to maintain the strength/power relationship specifically for the activity of sprinting?

    I like the second idea better. Far more efficient use of time.
