I am thinking of following the same guidelines in texas method with heavy/light set up
Week 1
Day1. Bench 5x5 (heavy volume)
Press 3x5 (light 65%)
Dips 3-5 x 12
Day2. Squat 5x5 (heavy volume)
Powersnatch 5-8 x 1
Rest
Day3. Press 1x5 (heavy intensity)
Bench 3x5 (light 65%)
Tricep push down 3-5 x 12
Day4. Deadlift 1x5 (heavy intensity)
Squats 3x5 (65% light)
