moron in the gym

ordinarily i never say anything to anybody at the gym. i mind my own business and get in and get out. the other day though i couldn't keep quiet. some moron was on the only lifting platform in the gym and had put a nice Rogue oly bar on the bottom rung of the rack and was STANDING on it to reach the pullup bar. there was a stool right next to him.

is it too far out of line to mandate physical beatings as punishment for gym stupidity?
