Hi all,

I've recovered from a long 4 month injury which was during my LP and I'm wondering what to do next in terms of programming. My lifts are (@ 177 pounds, ~17% BF and 6 feet tall)

190 BP
135 Press
240 SQ
275 DL

I know Jordan recommends a pretty even macro split at something like 3500 or 3700 calories (I don't remember the number, and his website is down), so I'll probably do that. I'm not really down to go back on the milk, though.

Should I try my luck with the LP again (original program) or try something else?
