I'd love to see a biltong video even if it's only three minutes of the history/background of the dish and one minute of "put salt and pepper on it and then dry it in the oven for this long at this temp." Most of the cooking videos have been like 10-20 minutes. I don't think there's anything wrong with having a short one every once in a while.
