Torn ACL and Meniscus left knee
Coach,
I was wondering if You have any suggestions on how to strengthen my left knee (stability wise) where my ACL is torn and also missing a lot of my meniscus (had surgery in 2007, with no replacement of the ACL - just a cleaning up).
I've been squatting for a while and have been able to do so without pain. Recently walking down a stair I twisted my left knee and something happened.... My knee was filled with fluid (double the size) and i had the fluid removed by my doctor. This is three weeks ago and he sent me to an MRI of my knee (awaiting answer). Now I can't even bodyweight squat without pain in my knee...
Open for any suggestions.

Perhaps it would be prudent to wait for the diagnosis.
