    Default Weighted bodyweight movements

    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    I know you said that if you lost weight, you wouldn't be able to put the lost weight on the bar in lifts like the squat and deadlift.

    What about for movements like chin-ups and dips?

    Losing weight makes chin-ups easier. Not so much for squats. Do you want to actually get stronger? DTFP.

    I believe he has bastardized a question I once asked you about whether there was a direct relationship between putting the same amount of weight in pounds from fat lost on to the bar since your legs were already used to lifting the additional weight (ex - I weigh 300, lose 50 . .if my legs were used to the weight on the bar plus me being 300, why can't I put that additional 50 right on the bar)
