Getting tired in SS
Hey Rip,
I'm wondering if I've been a bit of a pussy with my SS sessions in the last few months. I've still gotten stronger, but I feel like my conditioning hasn't gotten much better.
Question - though this is obviously not metcon, should I be needing to catch my breath a little bit in between sets? As it stands it feels heavy, but it doesn't feel particularly tiring.

Strength training is not metcon, although it increases conditioning for detrained people without specific metcon effects. If you've been training a while, you can add a metcon workout to your program without any problems. KSC has posted about this quite a bit, so use the search function.
