No part of your setup is correct, and that ultimately leads to every problem I see.

Have you read the book? Have you reviewed the sticky at the top of the forum? Have you watched the Power Snatch video on this site?

    Mr.Mac
I'm really sorry about my wrong setup.
    And
Yes, I read the book several times. and I didn't review the sticky at the top of forum.
And I don't watch the power snatch video on this site.

Man, I'm really embarrassed about this posting.

You have marked your videos as private. That is no good. The reason this forum is of value is because others can watch the videos and then read the commentary. If you are uncomfortable with your videos being on the Internet, then please don't post your form checks here. Free advice does come with a cost after all.

Review the sticky, your setup, and re-post so that we can take a look after you have done your homework.

Hello. Coaches. Good evening. (Here is 8pm now)

For the past 2days, I read the sticky, watched powersnatch video and reviewed the SS book.

    Here are today's powerclean workout. (63kg - 133lbs)

set 4, Front Quater view: http://youtu.be/TlmOn3R5Ons
    set 5, Side view : http://youtu.be/yPlpUw0csO8

I tried to setup correctly and I tried to jump hard and catch the bar fast.
But these seem like I need some advise, really.

Here are problems I found today.
    1. I make the bar to be close to my shirt but I cannot make It. I don't know how to.
    2. I'm confusing I do powerclean right or just do uprigit low style.

Hope to this one better than last one. Thanks.

Setup is still off. You are a little close to the bar, and hips are a little low.

The bigger problem is that you are doing a kind of reverse curl movement, putting the bar way out in front of you, resulting in a jump forward to catch the bar, which is what you have described above.

Recommend you lower the weight, work the progressions from the the top down. Bar needs to remain close to your body through the entire movement. Re-watch the snatch video and watch the movement of the arms at the time he jumps. The bar does not go forward, elbows go back and up in order to keep the bar close, over the midfoot.

Keep studying the video, keep practicing, work the progressions, post back with your progress.

    Hello. Mr.Ward.
    Thanks for the comment.
Yes, I'll fix my form better next time.

I'm sorry but I don't understand what "work the progressions from the top down" means.
    Need more explanation, sorry.

Learn the lift the same way it is taught in the Snatch video you watched.

Start with the bar hanging from your arms at the waist
    Then at the mid thigh
    Then above the knee
    Then below the knee
    The from the floor.

Don't be in such a rush to work the lift from the floor. Learn the explosive jump and rack before trying to put it all together. The process of doing the clean is essentially getting the bar from the floor to the jumping position.
