I posted one a little while ago, and got some good feedback on it. I tried to fix a few things:

    1) Not jerking the bar off the floor. I noticed if I go too slow though, the bar doesn't rack. So I tried to move it fast without jerking it.
    2) Scapulas in line over the bar.
    3) Straight arms until the jump.

This is by far the toughest of em, any help is appreciated.

The weight looks a little bit too heavy for you. You are compensating by doing a wide unstable split. Try to land with your feet in the same position that they started.

Feel free to squat down more.

#2, your scapulas are over the bar... until you actually pull. You shoot your shoulders back, then up.

However, I have read a convincing article from an oly lifter stating that optimal pull starts with your shoudlers over the bar. It isn't the best way to get max weight off the floor (deadlift) but better sets you up for the second pull. This is usually accompanied by the butt being a bit lower, though.

    Hi,

I can't actually see them behind the plates, so I might have a completely wrong impression, but maybe your elbows could be a bit faster. They seem to peek out from behind the plates after you have racked the bar; the delay seems appreciable, which might mean that when you actually take the bar they are still a bit too low.
Another option, as I said, is that I am very much mistaken.
