I know it's early but we plan to bring a team for the first time. Will Chicago Strength and Conditioning again be hosting for the Midwest? What is the date and how soon may we register?

Likely date for the Fall Classic is the weekend of October 28. Cannot say for sure that Chicago S&C will be holding it because I have not yet put out the official call for hosts to sign up. Chances are good that Dave will hold one, but I certainly don't want to speak for him. Registration will likely be up in less than two months. I need to sort things out so that the USSF can deal with memberships. Once that is up and running, we'll be ready to open registration for the Fall Classic.

The data are undergoing bulk fermentation at the moment. This process, as you know, cannot be rushed, or the full flavor and crumb will be compromised. Soon, it will be time for proofing. Then, into the oven and on to the table.
