    Here's the video mentioned in the article [Note: He starts the 266 at about 2:43. The angle is not the same as the frame shown in the article, making the off-center problem less easy to spot.]

    I'm sure it's different for each person, but on average in weightlifting what's easier/quicker to develop: strength, speed, or technique?

    Nice find. I hadn't seen this angle before.

    Speed may not develop much at all. Technique develops rather quickly in an athlete with potential to function at the higher levels. Strength takes many years, as you have personally experienced.
