Am i Intermediate?
Not asking from validating my ego, but more from a practical (programming) standpoint.
Since we couldn't agree on the STANDARTS thread i might as well ask direclty. No the thread was not just because of me of course, but i want to know as well my condition.
I see that often times people post this question here (i've also read such questions in the Q&A Book that Mark has written -- very informative one) and Mark gives them very concrete and helpful answers.
So i'm 193cm tall, currrently 275lbs (easily bulked from 220 for about 4-5 montsh). Actually my middle name should be "the bulk".
I squatted 180kg (397lbs) yesterday.
I bench merely 95kg (210lbs) for 5 reps.
I can press about 60kg (145lbs).
Also i deadlift 450lbs both conventional and sumo style with no problem doing so in one workout. I probably can deadlift even more now. My best 5 reps with the deadlift is 187,5kg (417lbs). I usually train close sumo stance, but i can very well hit everything with conventional (and i make sure to do so from time to time). Sumo is actually a bit harder for me.
I can do about only 5-6 strict chin-ups at this point (used to be able to do 8 at most in my life when i was 20lbs lighter).
I can DB row with 44kg (100lbs) for 5 reps.
I can BB row with more than 100kg (220lbs) for reps, but havent pushed that one (i stick with the DB version more).
So should that make me intermediate or something?
I dunno my bodyfat, but i definetily have fat. I'm not obese or super fat, but i have floppy on my fronts. Not a huge belly, but still them soft shit.
I intent to cut down to 225lbs now (RETAINING 95% Of my strength). Last time i did it and actually i got STRONGER (even absolute strength, not just relative). After that i might go for another bulk OOOR something like learning the Oly lifts.

Training "level" is based off length of stress, recovery, adaptation cycle...not any of this ^
Novice sra is about 48 hours; int is about weekly; adv int is every 2 weeks; adv is all fucked up...anywhere from 2-12 weeks

Have been training for now... it's like 6 years, however with 3 years of break in between due to health issues.. And i was pretty much immobalized not moving so i lost all my strength (like even basic strength for walking 200 meters). Got fat due to the pills they gave me. Also all my homornes were (and maybe a little bit still) a full mess. Not to mention cicardian rhytms and specifically the androgen hormones. So after that period i started a new with the ability to do one damn push-up, and climb some stairs. About 2-3 years of training since then.
Also my recovery ain't so sweet no more, hahahah... if i max out on lower body i truly need a break OR A FUCKING HUGE MEALS.
I can still make progress from something like Texas Method, but i got brutally tired from just 5-6 weeks on it. Btw if i get my deadlift going i can easily make it 220kg in half a year, but i would pretty much have to become 150kg because i can only imagine how much calories i'd consume.
Not so easy with the bench though...

The last paragraph is full of conditionals, not data.
I think you could milk 4-8 weeks of LP & switch to a weekly intermediate cycle.

Of course, i agree for that pharagraph.
I tried LP with 3 x 5 x 3timez a week but after the first try i literally fried myself... And i felt the stagnation near so i switched to TM.
