Squat Form Check about 10 weeks into SS
I wanted to see how my squat is progressing. I did a session with Nick at WFAC about 2 months ago and am working through my LP. This is my 2nd set. The rack I was using this day was a little bit narrower than I am use to using. My shoulders aren't very flexible so I have to get a really wide. I started microloading my squat after this workout. Thanks for any help or insight.

Those are fine squats. If I could convince you to keep your chin down I might go as far as to call them textbook. Chin down, stay tight. Carry on.
