If I stay over 220 lbs, powerlifting total of 850 lbs or greater. If under, 905 lbs or greater. (SPF records in Arkansas). USPA also has meets here but no records in my age class.

My 3x5 (5RM for deads) goals for 2018 (I'll be happy if I hit them), my "stretch" goals for 2018 (may be ambitious but I think they're doable), where I am now (I've started super low), and where I maxed when I LP'd for two months 5 years ago.

Squat: 300 goal, 350 stretch, 37 now, 170 back then
Press: 150 goal, 175 stretch, 21 now, 115 then (125 single in competition)
    Bench: 225 goal, 275 stretch, 26 now, 165 then
Deads: 400 goal, 450 stretch, 91 now, 230 then (250 single in competition)

I like the way you put your goals in terms of 3's and 5's, in addition to 1RM. We know training progress in 3RMs and 5RMs can only help our 1RMs.

I have some big events this year that will be disruptive to my strength training:
Couple of fatbike races this winter, bikepacking the Colorado trail this summer and a couple of Backcountry hunting trips this Fall + however much snowboarding I do this winter.

With that in mind, Squat wise, if I can get out of 2018 with 365# five rep max, I'll be all around content.

Pressing: i'd like to obtain bench press worksets at 275# and 185# press. That's about a 40# increase on bench press and 30# on OH Press.

Power Clean: 225#+ for working sets. I've been stuck around 200# for awhile now, but finally have some momentum again.

Power snatch: 185# for working sets. Current worksets are at 155#, but I just started a reset as I have gotten a little slow on the catch.

    Deadlift: 450+ for working sets.

    Age 50 to 51
Be injury free (worried about left shoulder and right knee)
No missed weeks of training (unless on vacation, a few single sick/recovery days allowed)
Take a good vacation (or 2)
    Bodyfat >40 to <25
Blood pressure 135/75 with meds to whatever it takes to get off meds
Press 117.5 to 150 At least 1 pair of plates
Bench Press 150 to 250 At least 2 pair of plates
Squat 240 to 315 At least 3 pair of plates
Deadlift 245 to 405 At least 4 pair of plates

Not the loftiest of goals. Every thing depends on not missing any training, which depends on not being injured. Well except maybe the getting a year older and vacation goals.
