Some questions from a brazilian guy about SS
Hi guys,
My name é Carlos, from Brazil and I would like give a try on SS.
Seems like a incredible program, but in Brazil, trainees usually train with weider method, high volume. Deadlift is rare on gym.
I come training something like HIT since last year. I really like HIT but I feel that it´s for more advanced or intemediate trainees.
My currents lift stats show my noob form, in Kg for 5RM:
Bench: 50Kg
Squat: 80Kg
Deadlift: 104Kg
Military Press: 42Kg
pendlay rows: no verify yet
So, what poundages I would start on program? With those poundages or drop a little??
Sorry about my poor English.
Thanks!

This board is too small for the two of us. I challenge you to a duel. Tomorrow at noon, at Ends & Pieces.
Ok, now seriously. Start with a weight such that the last rep of the set is kinda hard.
