Starting back question
In March I had to abruptly stop my linear progression due to personal reasons. I am able to start back now and wondered at about what percentage of my previous loads I should start at.

Just work up to sets of 5 where adding more weight would compromise the form. Do 3 sets of 5 on squat, bench, press, 1 set of 5 on deadlift. Do the A and B workouts as in the book. Treat yourself like a beginner. It will get heavy soon enough.
