Hello SS Coaches,
I am trying to restart my deadlift and finally (after years of going back and forth between allowing rounding and pulling flat), pull with a flat back and never go back.
Maybe I am overthinking the form in these videos but I still want to get your opinion and make sure it is right before adding more weight.
The first two sets I was just squeezing my chest up and pulling. Not overthinking it.

In the third video, I was really focused on chest up and squeezing my back really hard throughout the whole rep. Really focused on super strict with form. (Even more than the first two sets). I was working on perfect singles since I am using sub maximal weight after my main two sets.

How does it look so far? Any major difference between the first two and the third one?
Any advise moving forward while I continue to build my deadlift with a solid flat back?
Thank you for your help!
Joel
