I'm going to get another bar so i don't have to strip my main one to do OHP. Just wondering if there is one under $100.

I got a cheap one as part of a weights package, it was shit, only weighed 16kg and bent like fuck really quick, even though i never dropped it.

The CAP OB-86 I have is 44 lbs. It's $150 right now, and it's the only "cheapo" bar that is worth buying. Everything else in that price range is garbage. The price fluctuates down around $125 on Amazon occasionally if you keep an eye out.

craigslist man, i got 400lbs in plates, 2 bars, and a bench for $200. Both bars were complete crap, but one was 44lbs and has a decent load capacity. Not that you have to get a deal like that to be happy, but it is out there if you check frequently and aren't in desperate need of it right now.

I just got one of those. Don't want to spend another $150 if i don't have to. I'm going to seach Craigslist every day then.

? Why ohps? I think it bent while left loaded on the rack. When i had that piece of shit id just started training so it was only loaded <100kg even for deads. It was simply pants.

The cheap, shit bar that came with my weight set only weighed 32.x pounds, about 15kg. It was a joke. I bought the burgener rippetoe bar from Rogue and it was one of the best things Ive done for my training. Love yourself and invest in the better bar. Seriosuly worth it.
